Regulations for the provision of newsletters

I. General Provisions
  1. The Regulations set out the rules for the provision and use of the Newsletter service by electronic means.

II. Subject of the Newsletter service
  1. Newsletter service (hereinafter: Newsletter), consists of sending electronically by Nodi Studio to the e-mail address provided by the recipient information about offers, promotions, services, competitions, events, and collections available in the stationary store and on nodistudio.com

III. Newsletter Terms and Conditions
  1. The newsletter is sent free of charge after completing all the steps described below.
  2. The condition for using the Newsletter is to order the service by:

  4. Provision of an e-mail address and activation of the service constitutes consent to conclude an agreement to receive the Newsletter and acceptance of these Regulations.

IV. Duration of the Newsletter service

V. Processing of personal data
  1. Nodi Studio makes every effort to provide all physical, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.

Subscribers’ personal data will also be processed for the purpose of establishing, defending and asserting claims for the duration of the service, i.e. until the consent is withdrawn, within the limits of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO). In addition, we process data for evidentiary purposes (consent or withdrawal of consent or concerns about the proper implementation of a request within the scope of RODO).

These activities concern, for example, marketing activities, IT or maintenance service providers, who will process data with the consent and at the express instruction of the Administrator.
  5. The personal data provided will be kept until the withdrawal of consent (which means the termination of the service and the termination of the contract) and until the statute of limitations for claims arising therefrom. After these periods, data will be kept only for the time required by law.
  6. Subscribers’ personal data are not transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organizations.

We ensure that persons whose personal data we process exercise their rights under the law, including the right to access the content of their own personal data, to rectify, amend, delete or transfer them, as well as the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data and to object to such processing under the terms of the relevant regulations. Any person whose data is processed also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if he or she believes that his or her personal data is being processed unlawfully.

VI. Complaints and other information
  1. Complaints regarding the Newsletter service should be submitted to the email address
  2. When submitting a complaint, it is necessary to provide the data of the person submitting the complaint and a description of what the irregularities or problems with the Newsletter service consisted of and what is expected from the resolution of the complaint.
  3. Responses to complaints will be provided within 14 days of receipt of the complaint, by e-mail to the address from which the complaint was received.
  4. Nodi Studio reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by law. In this case, Nodi Studio will inform about the planned changes in good time on its website. Changes to the regulations will not violate the rights already acquired by users and will not deteriorate the terms of the Newsletter.
  5. Each time the Rules are changed, the subscriber will receive an applicable notice of the new version of the Rules.
